Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ohmygoodness! I could pretty much eat all of this dip. You should make it (go ahead, go do it...now!).

Ingredients:

-2 10oz cans chunk chicken (drained)
-3/4 c. hot pepper sauce (I used the cheapest I could find, $1.19)
-1 c. ranch dressing
-2 8oz pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
-1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar

1. Heat chicken & hot sauce in a pan (there's that Mix 'N Chop again...worked great to get the chicken all tiny).

2. Add ranch dressing & cream cheese...heat it up...mix it in. After your dip is all melty...add half of the shredded cheese. Stir it in...melt.

3. Transfer the dip to a slow cooker (set on low) and sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top.

You can taste it, can't you?!?

You can serve this delish dip w/ celery or crackers...but I go straight for the cracker. I could actually just eat it w/ a spoon...that would prob be frowned upon, though...

*Thanks for the recipe, Eric!
