Alright...I'm not gonna lie...there were a few things on the hot-lunch menu at school that I did enjoy...a lot. Grilled cheese was prob number one on that list. It was always soooo crispy...perfect for dunking into piping-hot tomato soup.
I could never figure out how to get mine so toasty, though...we always used a pan on the stove to make it. Then...one glor.i.ous day...I tried making it in the oven for a change-of-pace. To my wonderment...this is the perfect method for making the most delicious grilled cheese your mouth has ever tasted!
Couldn't be easier, either...
|*Pretty simple simon stuff here...butter one side of each slice of bread...put some cheese in the middle. Prep = done. Then, pop your soon-to-be-delish sandwiches into a 400 degree oven (10 minutes per side)...|
