Fudge Jumbles

Time for another treat day at work...and I've been kind of a slacker on the last few. So...I'm whipping up a batch of fudge jumbles. They're tasty...and uber easy to make.

Ingredients:

3 sticks margarine (yep...that stuff that is like one molecule away from being plastic)
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
3 c. oatmeal
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk (so very delicious and gooey!!)

*In a large bowl, mix: 2 sticks of margarine (melted), sugar, brown sugar, flour, eggs, baking soda, and oatmeal. It will seem dry at first...just keep stirring!

*At this point...it's basically going to look like oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough...minus the chocolate chips. Press 1/2 the dough into a greased 9x13 inch pan...set the other 1/2 aside.

*Next, melt the 3rd stick of margarine, sweetened condensed milk, and chocolate chips over low to medium heat. Be very careful here...burned chocolate is NO good...blech. Once you have a lovely, glossy chocolate sauce...pour it over the dough you've pressed into the pan. Then...gently drop the rest of the dough onto the chocolate. You should have enough left to pretty much cover the top.

*Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes...until golden brown. Then...enjoy! This is a seriously sweet dessert...just a word of warning...but ohsodelicious!
